Refund policy

ORDERS & PRODUCTION

All AL TAIBEI products are made to order. Once your order is placed, production begins within 1–3 business days. Please allow 7–14 business days for production before dispatch. We do not hold ready stock — every piece is made specifically for you.


SHIPPING

Shipping times vary by destination and will be confirmed at checkout. We ship from Auckland, New Zealand. International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.


SIZING

Please check the size guide on each product page before ordering. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up. As products are made to order, we are unable to exchange for sizing errors where the correct size was available at the time of purchase.


CARE INSTRUCTIONS

To preserve your print and garment quality: wash inside out in cold water, gentle cycle. Do not tumble dry. Do not iron directly on the print. Hang to dry where possible.


RETURNS & EXCHANGES

As all products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Please review your order carefully before confirming, including size, colour, and any personalisation details.


DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or resolution at no cost to you.
